I'm excited to share the incredible transformation of my One Room Challenge reveal! Let's dive into the details of what I've accomplished.
First and foremost, I removed the outdated builder brand door and replaced it with a stunning solid glass frame wood door. To add a touch of elegance, I installed an Emtek Old Town Clear Knob vintage-style glass knob from Schaub Hardware and Chompany which perfectly complements the new door.
Moving on to the flooring, I decided to go with the breathtaking Carrara Marble tile from TrafficMaster. The beautiful marble pattern adds a luxurious touch to the room and elevates its overall aesthetic.
The walls have undergone a complete transformation with the eye-catching Orchid design wallpaper from Milton & King. This pattern has stolen my heart, and it brings a unique and stylish flair to the room.
Additionally, I added custom trim work to enhance the walls further. To brighten up the space, I painted the ceiling with a fresh coat of white Benjamin Moore paint. The clean white color enhances the overall brightness of the room and creates a fresh and inviting atmosphere.
The new light fixture I chose not only illuminates the room but also complements the wallpaper, serving as an additional focal point that enhances the overall design. Next, I upgraded the sink with a beautiful new style sink and a matching cabinet for added storage.
The sink area now exudes elegance and functionality, and the cabinet pulls from Schaub Hardware add a refined touch.
To maximize storage, I incorporated a tall cabinet for laundry supplies and other accessories. This addition allows for a more organized and clutter-free space.
I already had cabinets above the washer and dryer from last year, so I simply switched out the hardware with the stylish pulls from Schaub Hardware to tie the entire room together.
One of my favorite features in the room is the custom wood shelf. This versatile piece not only cleverly covers the plumbing but also serves as a folding table and ironing board. It adds a practical element while maintaining a cohesive design aesthetic.
Lastly, I introduced a bench to the room. The bench not only provides a comfortable seating area but also adds a touch of coziness and functionality.
I couldn't be happier with the results of my One Room Challenge reveal. The combination of the new door, stunning marble tile, captivating wallpaper, custom trim work, upgraded sink and cabinet, clever storage solutions, and thoughtful additions such as the custom wood shelf and bench have transformed this space into a laundry room that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. I can't wait to enjoy this beautiful and organized space!
