We’re Halfway There!
It’s Week 4 of the One Room Challenge, and while I may be a little behind on blogging, the design progress is moving full steam ahead!
This week has been a whirlwind of late nights and exciting updates—and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Wallpaper Is Up—and It’s a Showstopper

One of the biggest transformations this week was the wallpaper installation. This wall now has a whole new voice—elegant, organic, and artful. The botanical print adds both warmth and personality to the space, anchoring this tiny pantry with intentional beauty.
It’s the kind of detail that makes a space feel loved .
A New Door, A New Chapter
Next major milestone—our new pantry door ! I am going with a classic style that blends charm with simplicity, allowing the wallpaper and upcoming storage elements to take center stage.
This isn’t just a pantry door—it’s a design statement in its own right.

Designing After Hours
Between client projects, family, and the hustle of everyday life, most of this week’s progress happened during the quiet hours. But those are often the most creative. This challenge continues to remind me how rewarding it is to carve out space to pour into my own home, even in small pockets of time.
What’s Next
Next week, I’ll be sharing:
- Shelving installation progress
- A few of the styling pieces I’ve been sourcing
- The story behind some of the pantry storage solutions I’m curating
If you’ve ever felt like your pantry can’t be beautiful and functional just wait. We’re bringing both.
Thank you for following along, cheering me on, and sharing in the real, behind-the-scenes design journey
With gratitude,
Wandra Cain
